Regal China
I've been able to gather precious little information on Regal China, except that they did decorative work on many Hull pieces. Some examples carry the designer mark "C. Miller", a name I've also found on table lamps. Regal China/C. Miller created many figurines of all types, and numerous Jim Beam decanters are found as well. I've heard it said that the Royal China & Novelty Co. was a subsidiary of Regal China.
