These "half-donut" style of planter/TV lamps were extremely popular, with variations of the design made by dozens of companies. Oddly enough, this is one of the few examples I've come across that is unmarked! The deep, translucent green glaze isn't characteristic to Maddux of California or any of the other planter/lamp makers, and I don't have a clue as to its origins. Perhaps a labeled one will surface one day. The metalwork is in good condition, and it even still has its rubber feet. It's in great shape, with no chips, cracks or repairs!
